Notes

• The data consists of 10 tumors from 4 patients for training, and 10 tumors from 5 patients for testing. In the training datasets, both raw images and reference segmentation are provided. In the testing datasets, only raw images are avaialble. The format of the data is described here.

• One or more tumors in each patient were identified and manually segmented by the radiologists for diagnosis purposes. Reference segmentation for each tumor is stored in different files.

• The files are named using patient ID and index of identified tumor in that patient. For example, "LTS_IMG01.raw" is the CT images for patient "LTS_IMG01", "LTS_IMG01_L1.raw" is the reference segmentation of tumor #1 in that patient.
