Submit your results
Notes
Read the instructions below carefully before submitting.
- For each submission you must supply a description file in pdf format. This file should contain a description of your system. More information is available here.
- You should submit the results from the testing datasets.
The results file you submit should be a compressed file in gzip (.tar.gz), zip, or rar format.
- To facilitate the evaluation process on our end, please save the segmentation of each tumor in different files using naming convention similar to that of reference segmentation in the training datasets.
- Each file should be in raw unsigned char format. Each byte corresponds to a voxel, starting with (0,0,0), running over x, y, and z in that order. A value of zero is interpreted as background, all other values are treated as object.
-
We also provide a brief description with representative images to help identify the location of the ten tumors in the testing datasets.
- The description file for each submission is checked manually. It may therefore take several days before results appear on the site.
- For the submission of the workshop paper, we will employ the Insight Journal. A special edition of the online Insight Journal will be available, that will allow us to keep the papers hidden (except for us and the authors) until the day of the workshop. This system allows all paper submission to the workshop to be available publicly as well as cite-able.
The webpage of the Insight Journal is located
